Lithium Batteries A Threat To Airline Safety?

Lithium-Ion batteries are becoming a growing concern to airlines. When these batteries overheat they can catch fire or explode creating an issue when carried on board. The FAA shows that since March of 1991 these batteries have been involved in 113 incidents on passenger and cargo planes.
